This Ti6V4V ELI Dental Disc is specifically designed for dental CNC milling and the fabrication of crowns and bridges. Precision-milled from a single block of medical-grade titanium alloy, the disc features integrated cavities of various standard specifications, enabling the simultaneous batch production of diverse restorations-such as single crowns, bridges, inlays, and abutment copings. It serves as a core component for digital production workflows in dental laboratories.
Medical-grade titanium alloy substrate; meets biosafety standards: Utilizes a dental-specific titanium alloy compliant with standards for oral medical devices; free from heavy metal leaching. The resulting prosthetics fit the human oral cavity perfectly with excellent biocompatibility, minimizing the risk of gum allergies or rejection reactions; suitable for producing porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crowns and all-titanium restorations.
High strength and deformation resistance; stable machining precision: Inherently high rigidity and low thermal expansion coefficient prevent disc vibration or deformation during high-speed milling, effectively avoiding edge chipping or dimensional deviations. Wear- and corrosion-resistant-showing no rust after repeated milling and cleaning-it offers a service life far exceeding that of standard steel or aluminum discs.
