This protective film resists erosion from hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, strong alkaline solutions, chloride salt systems, wet chlorine, and various organic corrosive media. It prevents pitting corrosion, intergranular corrosion, and crevice corrosion, and unlike carbon steel filter media, it avoids the iron ion impurities that contaminate materials due to rust. Furthermore, it avoids the swelling, ageing, and brittleness issues that non-metallic filter media like nylon exhibit under strong acid, alkali, and high-temperature conditions. This fundamentally ensures the stability and material purity of corrosive media filtration.
From the perspectives of filtration efficiency and maintenance costs, titanium woven mesh can achieve micron- to millimetre-level mesh size control through precise weaving technology, combining high porosity with uniform fluid channels.
