    In semiconductor wafer fabrication (PVD/CVD cavities), high-vacuum coating equipment, and high-barrier fine chemical reactors, ordinary stainless steel flanges or sealing rings are often overweight, thermal mismatch under high and low temperature alternations, or surface Reflection causes optical or plasma interference and cannot be used. At the same time, the inside of the vacuum chamber has almost strict requirements on the Outgassing Rate and microscopic surface area of the material.

    With a strict selection of 100% high quality and high purity ASTM B381 Forgings (Forgings) as the blank, we have launched a high performance, sandblasted finish, Precision CNC Machining Titanium Rings with Sandblasted Finish. After high-precision turning, indexed drilling and Counterbore Holes machining by a multi-axis CNC Machining Center, a micron-scale Matte Sandblasting process (Matte Sandblasting) with high uniformity is introduced to the surface. This product not only completely eliminates machining stress and surface reflection, but also greatly improves coating adhesion and vacuum gas output rate while ensuring extreme high strength. It is a tightening and sealing component for the world's cutting-edge semiconductors and high vacuum fluid systems.

I. Excellent core advantages (Elite Engineering Advantages)

    Integral Free Forging and Grain Streamline Optimization (Forged Integrity & Dynamic Alignment): We will never use ordinary plates to cut the ring directly, and all titanium ring blanks will adopt three-way free forging (Forging Process). Through strict forging ratio control, the as-cast grains are completely broken, and the metal fiber streamlines (Grain Flow) in the titanium material are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction. This ensures that the titanium ring will never undergo anisotropic micro-creep or splitting when it is subjected to high-pressure bolt tightening torque.

    Micron-scale uniform sandblasting and ultra-low vacuum outgassing (Matte Sandblasting & Low Outgassing): The surface of the titanium ring after processing undergoes dense shot blasting/sandblasting modification treatment (high-quality white corundum or glass sand is selected). This not only gives the product an upscale non-reflective matte silver-gray texture (Anti-Reflective Matte Finish), eliminates visual dead ends, but also effectively removes microscopic geometric burrs. More importantly, it changes the residual stress state of the surface layer, and greatly increases the gas adsorption and outgassing rates under high vacuum (UHV).

    Precision CNC Drilling is perfectly aligned with the porous counterbore (Precision CNC Drilling & Counterboring): As shown in the figure, there are multiple sets of equally divided through holes and stepped Counterbore Holes (Counterbore Holes) precisely milled by the CNC machining center on the surface of the product. The hole center distance and coaxiality tolerance are precisely controlled within ± 0. 02 mm, which can achieve perfect zero-clearance non-destructive assembly with European and American standard ASME/DIN high-pressure flange and Retaining fastening system.

III. Digital lean Manufacturing Process (Manufacturing Process)

    Three-way free forging and flaw detection: The high-purity titanium sponge ingots melted by multiple vacuum consumable (VAR) are upset and drawn (Upsetting & Drawing) by a hydraulic press for multiple times to make a dense ring forging blank. Implement 100% ultrasonic non-destructive testing (UT testing) on the blank to ensure that there are no pores, looseness or inclusions inside.

    CNC mechanical precision machining: Forging blank is completely annealed and sent to CNC vertical lathe and machining center. Precision turning of outer circle, inner hole and end face, use NC indexing plate to complete high-precision cutting of stepped countersunk hole and paired fastening hole.

    Pure surface sandblasting treatment: Fix the processed titanium ring on the special tooling and send it into the automatic sandblasting room. Constant pressure sandblasting with a specific number of white corundum abrasives makes the surface form a uniform and textured matte silver gray layer.

    Ultrasonic purification cleaning and moisture-proof packaging: use high-purity water and special environmental protection degreasing agent for multi-pass ultrasonic cleaning to completely remove trace dust and cutting fluid left by sandblasting. After drying, the products are independently wrapped with special pearl cotton and shipped in a special fumigation-free wooden box for foreign trade.

    Semiconductor Vacuum Cavity and PVD Sputtering Target Assembly : In vacuum thin film deposition equipment, as Retaining Ring (ring), Backing Rings (Backing Rings) or cavity sealing flange.
