Titanium Welding Wire

    In gas shielded tungsten arc welding (TIG/GTAW), gas melted electrode welding (MIG/GMAW) and tip plasma arc welding (PAW), titanium welding wire is not only a filling metal, but also a key to determine the physical properties of the entire weld and the integrity of micro-structure and grain boundaries. ERTi-1 ERTi-2 Wire

    We launched high-end Engineered Titanium Welding Wires & Filler Metals, which strictly bench-marked and exceeded the international standard of AWS A5.16. The product uses titanium ingots remelted by high-purity electron beam or vacuum consumable furnace as the source, through advanced non-destructive surface peeling process (Peeled Process) and ultra-high vacuum annealing. While ensuring excellent wire feeding smoothness, it realizes ultra-low gas residue and zero microscopic pores, providing the ultimate material support for global high-barrier and high-load welding projects.

    ltra-Clean Peeled Finish-Zero Contamination: A trace amount of drawing lubricant or oxide film is often left on the surface of the drawn titanium wire, which is a fatal cause of welding pores and hydrogen embrittlement. We adopt special on-line mechanical Peeling (Peeling) or fine chemical pickling technology to completely peel off the porous layer and micro-cracks on the surface of the wire to ensure that the cleanliness of the welding wire surface meets photovoltaic and aerospace-grade compliance standards.

    Precision Layer Wounding and Isotropic Winding The welding wires are arranged extremely evenly in the Spool state, and the wire diameter tolerance is strictly controlled within ± 0. 02 mm. V. Advanced Production Technology and Surface Treatment

    Cold drawing of high-purity ingots: high-quality low-impurity titanium wire rods melted by EB (electron beam) for multiple times are selected, and Cold Drawing is carried out through precision super-hard multi-pass cemented carbide or natural diamond molds to precisely control the reduction rate.

    Multi-pass ultra-high vacuum intermediate annealing: In order to eliminate drawing hardening, the wires are regularly sent into a 10-4Pa vacuum annealing furnace to complete softening and recrystallization, and the surface has absolutely no high-temperature oxidation color (bright silver).

    High-end surface modification (chemical/mechanical peeling): use mixed acid leaching method or advanced scraper peeling process to remove the outermost layer of several microns of draw-hardened layer and oxygen-rich layer of the wire.

    Surface treatment and cleanliness testing: Before leaving the factory, it is online ultrasonic degreasing and drying with high-purity alcohol to ensure the implementation of electronic-grade clean delivery of "white cloth without black marks".
