Production Process
Our titanium material is produced through strict production processes, ensuring high quality and stable performance. The detailed production process is as follows:
Raw Material Procurement & Inspection: We purchase high-quality titanium sponge (Grade 0/1) from reliable suppliers, and conduct strict chemical composition analysis and quality inspection to ensure that the raw materials meet the standard requirements.
Vacuum Arc Melting (VAR): The titanium sponge is put into a vacuum arc melting furnace, melted under high temperature and vacuum conditions, and cast into titanium ingots. This process can remove impurities in the titanium sponge, ensure the purity and uniformity of the titanium ingot.
Forging/Rolling/Extrusion: The titanium ingot is heated to a suitable temperature, and then forged, rolled or extruded into the required shape (plate, rod, tube, forging blank) through professional equipment. This process can improve the density and mechanical properties of the titanium material.
Heat Treatment (Annealing): The forged/rolled/extruded titanium products are put into a heat treatment furnace for annealing treatment. Annealing can eliminate internal stress, improve the toughness and machinability of the titanium material, and ensure the stability of product performance.
Machining: According to the customer's requirements, the titanium products are processed by cutting, drilling, welding, bending and other methods to meet the required size and shape. We use CNC machining equipment to ensure high processing precision and good surface quality.
Surface Treatment: The machined titanium products are subjected to surface treatment, such as pickling, polishing, sand blasting, etc., to remove the oxide layer on the surface, improve the surface finish and corrosion resistance.
