Recently, as the logistics vehicles slowly drove away, 35 covered pure nickel crucibles were successfully shipped to distant Bolivia. The on-schedule delivery of this order not only fulfilled our solemn commitment to customers but also won high recognition from international customers with efficient execution and high-quality services, adding a warm footnote to the pragmatic cooperation between China and Bolivia.
It is reported that the pure nickel crucible that has been cooperated on with Bolivian customers this time is made using advanced spinning technology. Due to the excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of nickel, it is widely used in high-temperature melting operations in metallurgy, the chemical industry, and other fields. Its molding accuracy and product quality are directly related to the customer's production progress and experimental results. As an enterprise deeply involved in the field of manufacturing special utensils, the spin-formed pure nickel crucibles produced by our company have gradually opened up the international market and won the favor of overseas customers due to their stable quality.
At the beginning of this cooperation, the customer put forward a very challenging request-expedited delivery. According to the industry's normal production schedule, the standard delivery cycle for spinning pure nickel crucibles is 20 to 25 days. However, due to its urgent production plan, the customer urgently needed to compress the delivery time to 15 days. This meant that the entire production process needed to be accelerated by nearly 40%, which was a severe test for production scheduling, process control, and personnel collaboration.
Customer needs are orders, and the original intention of service cannot be slackened. After receiving the order requirements, the salesperson responsible for docking responded immediately, proactively communicated with the customer to confirm product specifications, quality standards, and other details, and then immediately engaged in collaborative docking with the production department. In order to ensure that urgent orders can be fulfilled smoothly, salesmen traveled to and from the production workshop multiple times; communicated in depth with production managers, technical backbones, and front-line workers; sorted out the time nodes of each link of production in detail; investigated various factors that may affect the progress; and jointly formulated the optimal production plan.
After receiving the urgent task, the production department quickly adjusted the production plan, optimized the production process, broke the conventional scheduling model, and rationally allocated human and material resources. Technical backbones are on-site to provide guidance throughout the entire process, strictly controlling key processes such as spinning, polishing, and inspection to ensure that product quality standards are not lowered while speeding up. Front-line workers take the initiative to work overtime, stick to their posts, and overcome difficulties. They strive to advance production progress with a high sense of responsibility and execution, and strive to ensure that every link is efficiently connected and without errors.
On April 14, after confirming that our company could complete the production tasks as scheduled, the customer paid with confidence. This trust became the motivation for all employees to go all out. From the entry of raw materials, spinning, molding, to finished product inspection and packaging out of the warehouse, all departments worked closely together and worked together to overcome the difficulties of tight time and heavy tasks. Finally, the production, inspection, and packaging of all products were successfully completed on April 29, ensuring that the goods were shipped as scheduled and the 15-day delivery promise was accurately fulfilled.
After the goods were shipped, the customer immediately sent feedback, saying, "Thank you very much for your management." The stone hanging in the customer's heart has finally fallen to the ground.
