Recently, our company successfully completed a highly challenging international order-custom-manufacturing and delivering 2,000 sets of high-quality stamped nickel cups with matching lids for a U.S.-based customer. This batch of products is primarily intended for the melting and refining of specialty materials under extreme operating conditions. All goods have been safely dispatched via UPS International Express and are now en route to the U.S. customer, where they will be put into core R&D and production processes.

Nickel-based materials hold an irreplaceable position in aerospace, energy, electronics, and high-purity metal smelting due to their excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and chemical stability. However, stamping nickel has always been a technical challenge in the industry-its relatively high hardness and unique ductility demand stringent control over die precision, stamping speed, lubrication conditions, and heat treatment processes.
The nickel cups and lids in this order were not off-the-shelf standard products but were fully customized on a one-to-one basis according to the customer's 3D drawings and process parameters. The customer required uniform wall thickness and a perfect fit between the cup rim and lid to ensure zero leakage and zero contamination under high-temperature melting conditions.
Efficient Logistics Coordination, Ensuring On-Time Delivery
Given the customer's urgent deadline requirements and the high unit value of the shipment-which necessitated avoiding transit delays-we selected UPS Worldwide Express services. Our customs affairs team completed all required export documentation in advance, including HS code classification and material composition declarations, to ensure that the goods could be dispatched on time. According to UPS tracking information, the shipment is expected to arrive at the U.S. customer's facility within 5–7 business days.
