The machined tantalum crucible directly uses high-density forged tantalum rods or tantalum ingots as the blank, and the material is removed by cutting to finally shape it. This process completely avoids the tiny pores or impurities that may be introduced by the powder metallurgy sintering process, and also eliminates potential corrosion points and mechanical weak areas caused by component segregation and grain coarsening in the welding area during the welding process.
