Mo1 Customized Ring

I. Product Overview

    Our high-purity precision molybdenum custom hollow rings are designed for high-strength ultra-high temperature (1100 °C-1900 °C) vacuum and inert gas protection. The product is made of high-density moli plate/pipe (molybdenum content ≥ 99. 95%), and is made by precise CNC turning, four-axis CNC milling and wire cutting.

    As shown in the physical object in the figure, the component has a multi-window rectangular hollow structure, which not only significantly improves the overall heat and weight of the high-temperature component, but also provides an accurate technical channel for thermal radiation, optical observation or airflow circulation. We strictly control the processing stress and dimensional tolerance (up to ± 0. 02 mm) to ensure that the product still has extremely high structural strength and shape stability under the conditions of high temperature thermal cycle and strong Thermal Shock (Thermal Shock), and does not blister or bend deformation.

  1. Highly complex precision CNC hollowing out processing capability

    The multi-window rectangular hollow structure in the figure has extremely high requirements for processing stress management and tool control. We have advanced four-axis CNC milling and wire cutting equipment, which can not only ensure that the corners of each hollow window are free of stress concentration and burrs, but also ensure that large thin-walled rings are not deformed during processing.

    In high temperature vacuum above 1200 ℃, ordinary metals are prone to deformation and sagging. We use dense molybdenum billets rolled and forged many times, and undergo high vacuum stress relief annealing after processing, which significantly improves the re-crystallization temperature and creep resistance of the product (if higher strength creep resistance is required, we recommend Choose TZM alloy).

  3. Excellent ultra-high vacuum

    The high-purity chemical composition and strictly controlled gaseous impurities (O, N, H < 100 ppm) allow the molybdenum ring to have an extremely low outgassing rate at ultra-high vacuum above 10 ° Pa and will never pollute high-temperature reaction chambers or semiconductor wafers in processing.
