Recently, our company's overseas precision processing business has received another piece of good news. A batch of 330 high-precision niobium processing parts has completed the entire production process, quality inspection, and customer acceptance and was successfully shipped to South Korea on Monday. The products delivered this time include two differentiated specifications, namely 280 pieces of 90° V-groove niobium accessories and 50 pieces of 83.3° V-groove niobium accessories. With precise process control, strict quality inspection, and efficient delivery capabilities, the overseas order delivery task was successfully completed, once again demonstrating the company's core strength and international service standards in the field of rare metal precision processing.

 

Niobium metal is widely used in high-end fields such as precision equipment, high-end manufacturing, and aerospace due to its excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high ductility. Its processing accuracy directly affects the stability and service life of terminal equipment. Overseas customers have put forward extremely high standardization requirements for product dimensional tolerances, groove accuracy, and surface processes. The two V-groove niobium processing parts customized by Korean customers this time have different angle parameters and different working conditions for the adapting equipment. They cannot be produced using a unified standardized process, which poses a double test to the company's process research and development, refined processing, and quality control system.

 

Faced with the differentiated processing needs of the two products, the company's technology and production teams attached great importance to it and held special process seminars in advance. Combining the material properties of niobium metal with customer drawing standards, they customized an exclusive processing plan and adopted a refined production model by category and process to ensure that product accuracy meets standards from the source. Among them, 280 pieces of 90° V-groove machined parts have regular structures and stable molding requirements. The team adopts mature precision milling cutter processing technology, accurately debugs equipment parameters, optimizes milling paths, and strictly controls core indicators such as groove angle, depth, and flatness to efficiently complete batch-standardized production and ensure product consistency and stability.

 

Aiming at 50 pieces of V-groove processing parts with an unconventional angle of 83.3°, due to their special angle parameters, high molding difficulty, and extremely low precision error tolerance, ordinary milling processes are prone to problems such as corner deviations, surface burrs, and dimensional errors and cannot meet the customer's high-end standards. In order to overcome process difficulties, the production team abandoned conventional processing methods and adopted the industry's high-precision slow-wire processing technology for refined processing. The slow wire cutting process has the advantages of high cutting precision, good surface finish, and minimal dimensional errors and can accurately adapt to the molding requirements at special angles. During the processing process, technicians tracked and debugged throughout the process; monitored processing parameters in real time; repeatedly verified dimensional data; and corrected minor deviations one by one, completely solving the pain points of easy deformation and difficulty in controlling accuracy during processing at special angles, ensuring that the parameters of each product fully meet the customer's technical standards.

 

Quality is the core foundation for establishing a foothold in overseas markets, and strict quality inspection is the last line of defense for delivering high-quality products. After the mass production was completed, the company's quality inspection department launched a full-dimensional refined inspection process to inspect the niobium processing parts of the two different processes one by one, focusing on testing key parameters such as V-groove angle, dimensional tolerance, surface finish, and overall flatness. Strictly reject unqualified products to ensure that all product performance, accuracy, and appearance meet standards.

 

In order to fully protect the rights and interests of customers and allow customers to intuitively verify product quality and eliminate delivery concerns, the company innovated the acceptance mode and took comprehensive photos of two niobium-processed parts with different specifications and different processes before shipment. Through high-definition detailed photos and full-process videos, the product appearance, processing details, and overall appearance were fully recorded and were simultaneously sent to Korean customers for remote acceptance. The clear and intuitive acceptance data and zero-error product quality have been fully recognized and highly praised by customers. This batch of orders successfully passed customer acceptance at one time.

 

After completing the acceptance work, the company coordinated and dispatched logistics resources; completed product classification and packaging, standard packaging, and shipment as soon as possible; strictly abided by the delivery commitment; and achieved zero delay and on-time delivery of orders without errors.
