High purity guaranteed, stable, and reliable performance. The product uses high-purity electrolytic nickel as raw material; the nickel content is not less than 99.6%, and impurity elements are strictly controlled. From raw materials to finished products, multiple tests such as spectral analysis, mechanical property testing, and salt spray tests are carried out to ensure that the purity and performance indicators of each batch of products meet the standards. The stable chemical composition and uniform microstructure ensure the performance consistency of the product in actual use.

Soft properties and excellent processing performance. Full annealing treatment gives the nickel strip excellent plasticity and ductility, and the elongation can reach more than 40%. Soft nickel strips can easily undergo secondary processing such as stamping, bending, stretching, and welding, and their processing characteristics are similar to those of low-carbon steel. Even for precision parts that require complex molding, soft nickel strips can be perfectly adapted, significantly reducing processing difficulty and scrap rates.

Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and high connection efficiency. Ni200 pure nickel has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. The electrical conductivity is about 22.6% IACS of copper, and the thermal conductivity is about 70 W/(m·K). In battery connection applications, it can effectively reduce connection resistance, ensure stable current transmission, and reduce energy loss. Good thermal conductivity helps dissipate working heat quickly and prolongs the service life of the equipment.

It has strong corrosion resistance and can adapt to various environments. Pure nickel exhibits high corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive environments, especially excellent resistance to strong alkali and reducing media. It is immune to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and can be used stably for a long time in seawater, neutral salt solutions, and organic acid environments. The dense oxide film formed on the surface further enhances the material's durability.

Fully customizable, flexible, and responsive. The thickness can be as thin as 0.025mm, the width covers 3mm to 1020mm, and it supports soft, semi-hard, and hard state selections. Secondary processing such as precise cutting and stamping can be carried out according to customer drawings. Customized specifications. Thickness, width, and length can be customized as needed, and the tolerance accuracy can be controlled within ±0.01mm. Supports flexible configuration in the thickness range from 0.025mm to 2.0mm and the width range from 3mm to 1020mm.

Status customization. Provides soft (M), semi-hard (Y2), hard (Y), and other hardness state options to meet the differentiated needs of different processing techniques for material plasticity and strength.

Customized surface treatment. Supports a variety of surface treatment methods, including pickling, polishing, brushing, sandblasting, etc., to meet the requirements for surface finish and appearance in different application scenarios.
