Products Introduction
Ni201 nickel strip is made of high-purity electrolytic nickel as a raw material and processed through multiple processes, such as cold rolling, annealing, and precision slitting. The product has the following core advantages:
High electrical and thermal conductivity: The nickel element itself has excellent electrical conductivity. The purity of Ni201 is as high as 99.6% or more, and the resistivity is as low as ≤0.068Ω·mm²/m (20℃), which is far better than ordinary alloy strips. It can conduct current quickly, reduce power loss, and dissipate heat efficiently to avoid overheating of the connection parts.
Excellent corrosion resistance: In the battery working environment (including electrolyte, high and low temperature, humidity changes), Ni201 nickel strip can form a stable oxide film, effectively resist corrosion and oxidation, and avoid poor contact or circuit failure caused by aging of the contact parts;
Excellent machinability: It has good ductility and stamping performance, can easily achieve bending, stamping, and welding (supports spot welding, laser welding, and other welding methods), adapts to the complex assembly process of battery packs, and has high joint strength and stable conductivity after welding, without the risk of false welding.
Stability and reliability: Maintain stable performance in a wide temperature range of - 200°C to 600°C, without embrittlement or deformation, adaptable to battery usage scenarios in various extreme environments (such as outdoor energy storage, high and low temperature working conditions of electric vehicles).
