Our factory manufactures Gr5 titanium alloy bolts using high-quality Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) alloy, processed through precision forging and machining to meet international industry standards such as GB/T 13810 and ASTM B348. Our product range includes standard specifications-such as DIN 933 hex head bolts and DIN 912 socket head cap screws-while also fully supporting non-standard customization and OEM production based on customer drawings.
Gr5 titanium alloy offers exceptional tensile strength, high yield strength, and superior structural stability, making it an ideal choice for medium-to-heavy load and high-strength fastening applications. In addition to maintaining excellent natural corrosion resistance in environments involving seawater, salt spray, and organic acids, the material offers significant weight-saving advantages, non-magnetic properties, and outstanding fatigue resistance.
Standard surface treatments include pickling and passivation, resulting in a uniform metallic finish. We also offer custom treatment options, such as decorative anodizing and molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) solid lubricant coatings, to minimize the risk of thread galling and enhance assembly reliability.

Surface treatment
Pickling and Passivation: Low cost; preserves the metal's natural color; does not alter dimensions; enhances basic corrosion resistance.
Decorative anodizing: Colorful appearance, offers slight scratch resistance, and does not affect threaded fit dimensions.
Micro-arc oxidation: Ultra-high wear resistance, excellent insulation properties, and a ceramic-like oxide layer.
PVD titanium nitride coating: High hardness, low friction, gold appearance, does not interfere with thread tolerances.
Molybdenum disulfide dry film coating: Excellent anti-thread engagement, significantly reduced friction coefficient, wide temperature range
Tungsten disulfide coating: Outperforms MoS₂; ultra-thin dry film; does not affect thread tolerances.
Nickel plating: Improves wear resistance and weldability.
Ion nitriding: High hardness, wear resistance, low friction
