Our Gr2 pure titanium bolts are forged from industrial-grade (Grade 2) pure titanium raw materials and manufactured in compliance with GB/T 13810 and ASTM B348 standards. The product range includes various specifications, such as external hex bolts (DIN 933) and socket head cap screws (DIN 912). We offer customization based on specific standards or customer-provided drawings.
Pure titanium offers excellent ductility, making it suitable for low-to-medium load applications, and features a naturally stable, durable passivation oxide layer. Our standard finish is a natural-color pickled and passivated surface; however, we can also provide surface treatments such as anodizing or solid lubricant coatings upon request. Thanks to their outstanding resistance to corrosion from seawater, salt spray, and organic acids-combined with low density, non-magnetic properties, and excellent biocompatibility-Gr2 pure titanium bolts are widely used in marine engineering, seawater desalination equipment, anti-corrosion chemical processing systems, yachts, and electrochemical equipment.
