    Ordinary thin-walled seamless pipes cannot withstand high mechanical and thermal stresses in high-demand application scenarios such as extreme high pressure, strong corrosive media, and superconducting/ultra-high vacuum systems (UHV). Our High-Purity Heavy-Wall Niobium Tubing/Machined Niobium Thick Pipes provide fluid and structural load-bearing solutions with excellent ductility and strong corrosion resistance for difficult engineering designs such as high-pressure chemical reactors, superconducting radio frequency cavities (SRF Cavities) preforms, nuclear energy cooling cycle systems, and semiconductor Sputtering Target Cores.

    As shown in the physical picture, this series of products is processed by high-density smelting pure niobium rods through precision Gun-Drilling (deep hole drilling) and CNC turning grinding. Different from drawing pipes, thick-walled pipes formed by deep-hole drilling have extremely high coaxiality (Concentricity) and wall thickness uniformity, and the pipe ends have undergone precise chamfering and flat-head treatment (Beveled & Square-Cut Ends), and the outer circular surface presents a delicate and consistent finishing/grinding metallic luster. The material is UNS R04200/R04210 high-purity niobium billet with a purity of ≥ 99. 95%. After high Vacuum Stress-Relieving Annealing, it is ensured that the pipeline will not undergo microscopic cracking when it is extremely bent, welded or subjected to internal pressure thermal cycling.
