Ni201 Square Welded Nickel Crucible

In the fields of materials science, chemical pharmaceuticals and high-end coatings, the quality of the crucible directly determines the accuracy of experimental data and production yield. Our Ni201 pure nickel square welding crucible is mainly used in high-temperature alkaline environments and has strong resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is especially suitable for manufacturing alkaline evaporators, reactors and other equipment above 300°C.

Unlike other crucibles on the market, we choose high-purity Ni201 (Ni≥99.6%) pure nickel plate as the base material. Ni201 material is famous for its excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. It can not only maintain structural stability at extreme temperatures of 800°C-1100°C, but also resist the ruthless erosion of molten salts, strong alkali and various organic acids, effectively preventing heavy metal impurities from penetrating into the sample during the smelting process, ensuring the purity and pollution-free experimental results.

According to the customer's requirements, the nickel crucible processed this time is square. Compared with round nickel crucibles, the square inner cavity has higher space utilization and a flatter heating bottom surface. When placed in a muffle furnace or evaporation boat, it can be placed stably without additional spacers, which greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency. The inner wall welds have been specially polished and smoothed to prevent dead corners from harboring dirt and evil, making cleaning a breeze.
