Application
Due to its good high-temperature stability and excellent cold-working performance, Nickel 201 is mainly used in high temperatures above 315°C, reduction scenarios, and complex cold-processing scenarios, including:
Chemical industry: sodium hydroxide production equipment (evaporators, molten salt heat exchanger pipes) with temperatures above 300°C, phenol storage and transportation equipment, fluorine and hydrocarbon reaction containers, hydrochloric acid, benzene, benzene methane, and ethane production equipment, viscose fiber and soap production equipment;
Electronic and electrical industry: high-purity gas transportation pipelines, wafer processing equipment components, capacitor manufacturing, ultra-thin nickel foil, precision electronic components (deep cold processing requirements);
Aerospace industry: fuel system pipelines, hydraulic system components, inert gas delivery pipes, combustion chambers, exhaust system components and other high-temperature components;
Energy field: molten salt solar thermal power generation system heat transfer tubes, nuclear reactor components (high temperature resistance, radiation corrosion resistance), high temperature pressure vessels (in compliance with ASME specifications);
Other scenarios: cryogenic equipment (LNG valve components), organic chlorination process reactors, fatty acid processing devices, and complex molded products that require deep spinning and stamping.


Advantages
Welded in place without cracks, you can use it with peace of mind without "leaking the bottom"
Although pure nickel is corrosion-resistant, it is very "delicate" and can easily produce thermal stress in the welding area. Many colleagues have finished welding and it looks fine. However, after being placed in the muffle furnace for several times of thermal expansion and contraction, the weld will quietly crack, which is a disaster. Our trump card is "plate cutting + multi-sided tailor welding + post-weld stress relief annealing". We do not engage in trouble-free stamping and stretching, but use thick and large boards to cut and weld steadily. The key is that after welding, we add special stress relief heat treatment to remove all the "invisible internal injuries" in the welding joint. The result of this is that the weld is as strong as the plate. No matter how high-temperature it is burned or how it is repeatedly heated and cooled, it will not crack or leak. This alone can make the lifespan twice as long as that of ordinary products.
Square design is stable and worry-free, and dead corners are easy to clean.
Why do we spend so much money to make it square? The square shape is stable when placed in it, and the surface that fits the heating plate is larger and more even, and the heat conducts faster, saving both power and time. Another big advantage is that the square inner cavity has rounded transitions on all four corners, so there are no sanitary dead corners that cannot be brushed. After the experiment, rinse it with water and brush it with a brush. It will be clean and will not harbor dirt.
The inner wall is mirror polished to prevent "sticky materials" and cross-contamination.
The inner walls of many cheap nickel crucibles are very rough, like sandpaper. You pour molten precious metals or chemical solvents in, and when the temperature melts, the materials will all stick to the rough pits and crevices. It will not be poured cleanly, causing serious losses and contaminating the next batch of samples. The inner wall of our product has been finely ground and mirror-polished, and the surface is slippery. When the molten material is poured out, it is like mercury pouring to the ground, with almost zero wall hanging and zero residue. For customers who do precision experiments or refine precious metals, the material loss saved by this alone is worth the price of the crucible itself.
High purity, no impurities will be brought into your experiment
We use more than 99.6% high-purity N4 nickel plate. The high-purity material ensures that excess impurities such as iron and carbon will never be released during high-temperature alkali smelting or metal smelting processes, and will never "pollute" your precious experimental data or the purity of the finished product.
