Our high-purity precision washed tungsten wire (Cleaned/Chemically Polished White Tungsten Wire) completely removes the graphite coating layer on the surface through a rigorous electrolytic polishing or chemical cleaning process, presenting a very bright silver-white metallic luster (Metallic Silver Finish).
As shown in the real picture, the white tungsten wire is evenly and tightly wound with a high-precision Plastic Spool (Plastic Spool), and the wire diameter is continuous without knots or broken wires. The material is high-quality and high-density powder metallurgy tungsten billet, which has been drawn by multi-pass Diamond Die Drawing (Diamond Die Drawing) micron-scale and annealed in high vacuum (In-Line Vacuum Annealing). 3. UHV Compatibility & Ultra-Clean Surface
After special chemical film and ultrasonic deep degreasing cleaning, the surface of Scheelite wire is completely oil-free and carbon-free.
