 Superior Corrosion Resistance: Gr2 Titanium Pipe has exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, including dilute hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and chloride-rich solutions. It maintains a stable passive film in non-oxidizing acidic environments, with corrosion rates typically below 0.05 mm/year at ambient temperatures. Its high critical crevice temperature (CCT ~ 80–85 °C in 3.5% NaCl) and critical pitting temperature (CPT > 100 °C in 10% NaCl) make it suitable for marine and chemical applications where chloride-induced corrosion is a major risk.

 Lightweight & High Strength: With a density of 4.51 g/cm³, Gr2 Titanium Pipe is only 60% as dense as nickel alloys and stainless steel, while maintaining high tensile strength (≥345MPa) and yield strength (≥275MPa). This lightweight feature reduces the overall weight of equipment, lowers installation and transportation costs, and improves operational efficiency, especially in aerospace and marine applications.
