    We make our chromium granules for evaporation coating using steps. First we start with pure chromium material. Then we do something called vacuum arc melting to keep it from getting ruined by oxygen. Next we break it down into balls using atomization granulation. After that we sort the chromium granules with multi-stage precision screening. We also do vacuum annealing and passivation treatment to make them perfect. Finally we check the chromium granules carefully to make sure they are good. We do all of this in a room that is really clean and has very little oxygen so our chromium granules stay pure.
