This table strictly complies with the internationally accepted ASTM B348 standard for titanium and titanium alloy bars. Gr1/Gr2 are commercially pure titanium bars, while Gr5 is a Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy bar. It covers core parameters of chemical composition (wt%) and key mechanical properties, applicable to conventional bar specifications (diameter ≤ 100mm).

Core Advantage 1: Precise impurity control, outstanding corrosion resistance. Gr2 titanium rods use high-purity titanium as the base material, and their chemical composition strictly adheres to standard specifications, with impurity content controlled at an extremely low level. Iron (Fe) ≤0.30wt%, carbon (C) ≤0.08wt%, nitrogen (N) ≤0.03wt%, hydrogen (H) ≤0.0015wt%, avoiding the negative impact of impurities on material performance from the source. Among them, the key gap impurity oxygen (O) is controlled at ≤0.25wt%, which not only ensures the basic strength of the material but also does not damage its corrosion resistance - its corrosion resistance performance is close to that of high-purity Gr1 titanium rods, and it can withstand complex environments such as seawater, acid and alkali media, and chemical corrosive gases. It can effectively resist problems such as hydrogen embrittlement and carbide precipitation, and its long-term service stability far exceeds that of ordinary metal materials.

Core Advantage 2: Balanced mechanical properties and convenient processing and forming. Compared with other titanium grades, Gr2 titanium rods achieve a "golden balance of strength and plasticity". In the annealed state, its tensile strength is ≥275MPa and the yield strength (0.2%) is ≥205MPa. Compared with Gr1 titanium rods, its strength is significantly improved, which can meet the medium load requirements of most industrial scenarios. It maintains a high elongation rate of over 25% (δ5), combined with a low Brinell hardness of ≤130HBW and an appropriate elastic modulus of ~105GPa. The processing and forming difficulty is low, and it can easily achieve various processing techniques such as bending, stamping, welding, and cutting, significantly reducing production and manufacturing costs, and meeting the processing requirements of complex structural parts.

Core Advantage 3: Light density and the best overall cost performance. The room-temperature density of Gr2 titanium rods is only 4.51g/cm³, which is much lower than that of traditional metals such as steel and copper. It has a significant advantage in weight reduction scenarios, effectively reducing the self-weight of terminal products and improving the operational efficiency of equipment. As the most widely used grade in industrial pure titanium, it not only outperforms Gr1 titanium bars in terms of performance (higher strength), but also has better cost and processability than Gr5 titanium alloy bars (no need to add aluminum and vanadium alloy elements, lower raw material and processing costs, and no processing difficulties caused by high hardness). It is a comprehensive cost-performance choice that takes into account "performance, cost and processability" .  There is no need to pay additional costs for excessive strength.
