1. Introduction to Niobium V Block Machined Parts

Niobium V blocks, also known as V-shaped niobium fixtures, niobium V grooves and niobium V holders, are precision CNC machined refractory metal components made from high-purity niobium raw material. Our niobium V machined parts feature mirror polished smooth surfaces, sharp uniform V-angle grooves, tight dimensional tolerances and zero internal impurities, designed to withstand ultra-high vacuum, high temperature and corrosive working environments.

Different from ordinary steel or stainless steel fixtures, pure niobium V blocks combine unique physical and chemical properties that cannot be replaced by other metals in high-tech industrial processes. We support fully customized processing based on customer CAD drawings: adjustable V groove angles, custom length/width/height, surface treatment options including bright polishing, matte grinding and pickling. All finished niobium machined blocks pass strict dimensional inspection and purity testing before delivery.

Ultra High Melting Point & Thermal Stability

Niobium melting point reaches 2468°C. The V-shaped niobium fixture maintains stable mechanical structure under long-term high-temperature heating, no deformation, no softening, ideal for vacuum evaporation, thermal annealing and high-temperature sintering equipment.

Excellent Vacuum Compatibility

Low gas release rate, minimal outgassing under ultra-high vacuum environment, will not pollute coating substrates, wafers or experimental samples. It is the preferred fixture material for PVD/CVD vacuum coating machines.

Superior Corrosion Resistance

Resistant to most acid, alkali and molten metal erosion at room and moderate high temperature, no oxidation failure even in complex chemical reaction chambers.

Zero Magnetism & Biocompatibility

Non-magnetic metal property, suitable for MRI superconducting equipment; pure niobium is hypoallergenic and tissue-friendly, safe for medical implant auxiliary fixtures and surgical testing jigs.

Precision Machinability

Good ductility for precise CNC cutting, grinding and mirror polishing. We control tolerance within ±0.005mm for critical V-groove sizes to guarantee stable clamping of small workpieces during production.
