Its temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) is outstanding, and the resistance is linearly correlated with temperature. The chip is able to measure temperature accurately by observing the change of resistance in real time and controlling it fully to eliminate the problem of overheating and stench emission by the traditional heating wire and to inhibit harmful compounds like formaldehyde effectively. The experimental results show temperature control accuracy of ±5°C in the operating temperature range of 200-300°C to retain the e-liquid flavor profile perfectly.
