Ni200 Nickel Wire

Ni200 pure nickel wire is the first e-cigarette temperature control material. Its temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) is outstanding, and the resistance is linearly correlated with temperature. The chip is able to measure temperature accurately by observing the change of resistance in real time and controlling it fully to eliminate the problem of overheating and stench emission by the traditional heating wire and to inhibit harmful compounds like formaldehyde effectively. The experimental results show temperature control accuracy of ±5°C in the operating temperature range of 200-300°C to retain the e-liquid flavor profile perfectly.

The 0.3mm optimized structure achieves the best balance of heating rate and temperature stability. Against iron-chromium-aluminum alloys such as Kanthal, Ni200 has 70.2 W/m-K thermal conductivity to deliver in excess of 30% faster temperature response rate. At equal power level, it is quickest to reach and maintain pre-chosen temperature and thus less time to wait and reduced usage of the battery.

Pure nickel has very fine ductility and plasticity. While it may be easily deformed once it has formed, being so soft it is perfect to hand wind intricate coil formations. Even novice coilers may accomplish an assortment of coil types like loose winding and density winding.
