The production adopts the dual process of forging and casting. The metal streamline of the forged flange is tight, and the strength is higher, which is suitable for high-pressure pipelines; cast flanges are adapted to complex structures, taking into account cost performance.

Each process has undergone heat treatment and surface refinement to ensure the smoothness and dimensional accuracy of the sealing surface and eliminate hidden dangers of liquid leakage and air leakage.
