The fatal drawback of traditional zirconium crucibles always stems from the "defects in the forming process": The pressed crucibles are prone to internal stress when subjected to external force compression, and they are highly likely to crack at high temperatures; the weld seams of the welded crucibles' heat-affected zones can lead to a decrease in local corrosion resistance, becoming the most vulnerable areas for leakage and damage, and may also cause impurities to be precipitated and contaminate the materials.
Our zirconium spinning crucible is produced using a fully automatic CNC spinning process. It is made from high-purity zirconium plates. Through the high-speed rotation of the main shaft and the precise feed of the spinning wheel, the metal fibers are continuously elongated and closely adhere to the mold to achieve a one-piece molding. There are no weld seams, no joints, and no splices throughout the process. This process not only completely eliminates the risk of weld seams but also ensures that the crystal grains of the crucible are uniform and dense. The density is far higher than that of traditional processes, and the toughness is increased by more than 30%. Even after a sudden cooling and heating at 1852℃, it can maintain structural stability without cracking or deformation. Its service life is 2-3 times that of traditional zirconium crucibles.

The robust performance of the zirconium spinning crucible stems not only from the meticulous craftsmanship of the spinning process, but also from the inherent properties of zirconium metal. Zirconium has a melting point of up to 1852℃, and can withstand temperatures above 1600℃ for long-term melting. This is far superior to that of ordinary metal crucibles. Its surface can easily form a dense ZrO₂ passivation film, which can withstand strong corrosive media such as boiling concentrated nitric acid and high-temperature steam. The annual corrosion rate is less than 0.01mm, effectively preventing corrosion damage that leads to material leakage and waste.
More importantly, we use high-purity zirconium materials with a purity of ≥ 99.2% (customize to 99.2% for electronic grade zirconium). We strictly control the content of impurities such as Fe and O. After the spinning process, the surface undergoes precise polishing treatment, resulting in no burrs or air holes. No harmful impurities will be released to contaminate the materials. It perfectly suits scenarios with extremely high purity requirements such as semiconductor materials, rare metals, and high-end ceramics, ensuring that each melting and purification process can achieve the expected results.

High-end scenarios have no "standard working conditions". We have abandoned the fixed specifications of traditional crucibles and rely on the flexibility of precise spinning technology to provide customized services for all scenarios. There is no need for high-cost mold investment, and it can meet both the requirements of small-batch customization and large-scale production.
Whether it is a small laboratory-specific crucible (with a capacity of 5-50 ml), or an industrial-scale large crucible (with a capacity of up to 2000 ml), whether it is in regular shapes such as cylindrical or conical, or custom-shaped with unique dimensions, the wall thickness (0.5-5 mm), diameter and height can all be adjusted as needed to match different melting equipment and material requirements. Each crucible strictly follows the international standard ASTM B551, and undergoes multiple tests such as spectral analysis and high-temperature resistance tests to ensure that the size tolerance is controlled within ±0.1 mm, with meticulous details making it more convenient to use.
