Package information : 10 pcs of wl15 tungsten electrodes are packed in one plastic box , 100pcs electrodes put in one white box, and then, 1000pcs in one export carton box .

Surface Option Description
1. Ground Finish (Most commonly used)
Process: Precision grinding ,can remove graphite layers from the surface .
Surface is silver-gray metallic
Surface Roughness: Ra ≤ 0.8 μm .
Ground surface ,good long general tig/ argon arc welding work
2. Polished finish
Process: Fine polishing with diamond abrasive wheels or electrolytic polishing after grinding.
Surface is mirror-like brightness, no scratch .
Polished condition optimal longest precision / high purity welding
3. Black rod finish is economical
Process: Remain the graphite lubricant coating ,grinding or polishing is not needed.
Surface is Black with a graphite layers .
Black rod type ,generally short with lower cost than ground finished types , Main used to the welds of the not important part
