Applications

In harsh environments containing sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and chloride ions, the critical crevice corrosion point is 20-30°C higher than that of Gr5 titanium alloy, completely resolving the industry pain point of "localized corrosion failure" of traditional metal materials.

Used as conductive strips for electrolytic cells in the chlor-alkali industry and as linings for organic acid reactors, it can withstand long-term immersion in 30% caustic soda solutions, boasting a service life exceeding 30 years and a 60% reduction in maintenance costs compared to stainless steel.
Marine Engineering
Used as heat exchanger strips for desalination equipment and as anti-corrosion coatings for offshore platforms, it resists corrosion from high salt spray, tidal impact, and marine biofouling.
