Our tantalum hexagon socket screws are produced by cold forging and precision turning processes and go through 12 quality control links from raw materials to finished products to ensure the consistency and reliability of each product. The raw material is high-purity tantalum ingots melted by vacuum arc, and the grain structure is refined through forging to improve the fatigue resistance of the product; subsequently, CNC precision turning is used to process the thread and head, and with the precise molding of the inner hexagonal groove, the gap-free bite between the tool and the screw is realized to avoid the risk of sliding teeth during installation.

In terms of surface treatment, we provide two options: passivation treatment and polishing treatment.
