Packaging standards
Regular packaging
Inner vacuum packaging: Put a single niobium disc into the package to isolate it from air, moisture, and oxidation, and package it individually to avoid scratches between the niobium discs.
Mid-layer shockproof packaging: the niobium discs after packaging are put into a high-density thickened EPE pearl cotton (thickness ≥ 20mm) custom card slot, each piece is fixed separately, cushioning transportation vibration, preventing bumping, deformation, and surface damage.
Outer protective packaging: Wrap in pearl cotton and put it into a thickened box, fill the box with bubble film to fill the gap, and seal the opening of the box with high-strength tape to ensure that the box is not deformed and damaged during transportation.
Custom packaging
