The MoLa alloy tube is not a simple upgrade of the ordinary molybdenum tube. It forms an oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) structure by uniformly dispersing lanthanum oxide (La₂O₃) particles in a high-purity molybdenum matrix. This microscopic design makes the material's "skeleton" stable under extreme conditions, which not only inherits the advantages of molybdenum's high melting point and thermal conductivity, but also greatly makes up for the shortcomings of pure molybdenum's easy embrittlement and low recrystallization temperature at high temperatures.
We position it as a high-end high-temperature structural pipe: suitable for those scenarios with extremely high requirements for dimensional stability, creep resistance, and service life. It is not a universal material, but in a vacuum or inert atmosphere from more than 1,000 degrees to close to 1600 degrees Celsius, its performance often surpasses that of TZM alloy and pure molybdenum, especially in thermal field systems that require continuous operation.
